Education templates for Project ROME
Fall, 2010. Numen works with the Adobe ROME Product and Education teams to create a comprehensive set of education-focused templates for Project ROME. -
Adobe Education Exchange
Summer, 2010. Numen provides visual interface design support for the development of this free online resource for educators to meet, share, discuss and collaborate on topics of interest to the Adobe education community. -
Flash Catalyst Community Help interface
Summer, 2010. Working with the Adobe Learning Resources team, Numen develops an interface to present a 'curated' view of top content resources available to users of Flash Catalyst. This project presents an interesting mashup of Adobe and user-community content to support discovery and learning. -
Getting started with Adobe Flash Catalyst
Spring, 2010 and Spring 2011. Tanya Heins of Numen authors, and updates, a guide to getting started with Adobe Flash Catalyst over at the Adobe Developer Connection. Tanya also engages users directly by participating in community training events such as Ask a CS Pro: Flash Catalyst with Tanya Heins. -
Adobe Digital School Collection
Spring-summer, 2010. Numen works with the Adobe Education Curriculum team to revise and update the ADSC teacher resources, including curriculum guides and media assets, for the release of CS5. -
Temiskaming Art Gallery website
Spring-summer, 2010. Numen works with Temiskaming Art Gallery staff, content experts, and volunteers to build out a bilingual website featuring the institution's permanent collection and supporting K-12 learning curriculum. -
Visual Design curriculum guides
Fall-winter, 2009-2010. Numen works with the Adobe Education Curriculum team to write and revise the Visual Design component of a year-long, project-based curriculum that develops skills in design and print production using Adobe tools for CS5. -
ColdFusion 8 curriculum
Winter, 2009. Numen updates the project-based introductory and advanced curriculums for Adobe ColdFusion 8. -
Rich Internet application teaching resources
Fall-winter, 2007. Numen develops multimedia assets, project documents, and online workshop modules for Adobe's Flex 3 Rich Internet Applications (RIAs) teaching resources. -
Macromedia Studio 8 Step-by-Step
Fall-winter, 2006. Jay Heins authors a chapter in the Macromedia Studio 8 Step-by-Step, with in-depth projects with instruction and practice for courses involving web site production with interactive graphics, animation, and sound.
